GREAT LOCATION . NEAR THE METRO STATION AND SHOPPING MALLS. and PRYAGA, THE BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE/RECEPTIONIST IS VERY ACCOMODATING AND KIND.

Customer handling is best. Breakfast is abundant and up-to-the standard. Location is very good for transportation, shopping and safe.

Everything was perfect and nice service from Su, Mohammed (MoMo) and Hossam.

Good Location, Good Staaf , Reception Staff also friendly,One staff name SU she was perfect in helping & answering .

Room is compact and comfortable.

Room could do with a little carpet cleaning or change. It had small stains.

What I like the most is upon my checked-in on how Junior the reception is so welcoming, kind, friendly and professional. He determined to informed us all the facilities and amenities. Room is clean, overall the stay was perfect????

When we are sleeping theres a noise inside the room were not comfortable something like falling objects.. we didn't sleep properly !!

Wonderful location, cosy rooms, absolutely clean. Front desk staff is incredibly friendly, bubbly and cheerful. Thanks to Ramadan, Pragya and Su.

Soundproofing is not the best:(

Everything in the hotel was great. Many thanks to the staff in the reception and housekeeping for their amazing work. They accommodate requests in a very professional and friendly manner. The room was very comfortable and I noticed this in my previous stays in the hotel too.

All was good in general.

Location very close to metro station and restaurants on Rigga road.

Gym was not to my liking.

Nice and clean, and very accessible in metro, restaurants , grocery stores and malls.

Very small toilet and small rooms , parkings are so small if you have SUV you can’t even turn

I liked the cleanliness in the facilities and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with good variety. The staff in the hotel were very supportive and professional especially those in the reception ( Mr. Ramadan and the others with him). The staff in the housekeeping were also very nice. The location of the hotel is very good and many shops and restaurants are at a walking distance.

Location is excellent with Al Rigga stations just a min away. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room sizes are ok. Staff is supportive.

Prefer little larger room.

I liked the reception desk person.Her name is AMA. She was very helpful,considerate,warm and polite.I recommended the property to my colleagues and told them to see AMA and they too acclaimed to how helpful she was.We need more staff like her there.

The hotel needs Bellhops that can gladly assist with luggage to the room and help with taxis’s etc when checking out.Thats the biggest missing link.

It was to noisy my room opposite to other buildings and there were a disco in last floor of this building the noise of this club bothered me and couldn’t sleep well ? and second night the other room in same floor was to noisy and this noise also couldn’t let me sleep well

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of front desk staff specially Hossam, Ama and Sue. Highly recommended property.

Soundproofing is not the best. There also should be bath robes available.
